Welcome to MyStartup Online. This document is a legally binding agreement between SaaS GenZ LLP (doing business as "MyStartup Online", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the person or entity establishing a merchant platform account ("Merchant", "Seller", "You", or "Your").
By registering an account on mystartuponline.com or utilizing any infrastructure services provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Welcome to MyStartup Online. This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between SaaS GenZ LLP, operating under the brand name “MyStartup Online” ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the person or entity establishing a merchant platform account ("Merchant", "Seller", "You", or "Your").
By registering an account on mystartuponline.com or utilizing any infrastructure services provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MyStartup Online operates as a Multi-Tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) infrastructure platform. We provide software tools, storefront builders, and integrated API configurations including but not limited to CJ Dropshipping, PayPal, Razorpay, and Shiprocket to enable independent merchants to operate custom online stores.
SaaS GenZ LLP is not a merchant, retailer, dropshipper, or manufacturer. We do not design, produce, stock, control, or ship any products listed by independent stores using our infrastructure.
Any transaction occurring on a store hosted via our platform is strictly an agreement between that specific Merchant and their end consumer. MyStartup Online is not a party to, nor liable for, disputes, chargebacks, or failures of fulfillment arising from these transactions.
Merchants must provide accurate legal names, active business addresses, operational contact details, and mandatory tax declarations such as PAN/GSTIN where applicable during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your store login credentials and password combinations. SaaS GenZ LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
The Merchant retains exclusive and absolute liability for the products they choose to import, market, and sell. SaaS GenZ LLP explicitly disclaims all liability for trademark infringements, copyright violations, defective items, misleading product descriptions, or physical harm caused by products sourced via integrated suppliers.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaaS GenZ LLP, its parent entity Ginger Technologies, partners, and employees from any claims, legal fees, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms, your store operations, or your violation of consumer protection laws.
While we strive for high uptime, platform services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not liable for business revenue losses caused by server downtime, API partner disconnections, or payment gateway interruptions.
Merchants are strictly prohibited from utilizing our platform to sell illegal substances, counterfeit goods, prescription drugs, hazardous weapons, or content violating intellectual property rights.
SaaS GenZ LLP reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any tenant store dashboard without prior notice if a merchant is found engaging in fraudulent trade practices, generating excessive payment gateway disputes, or violating applicable laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
